Jim Morris and Connie Cooper presented the seminar “Keeping it Legal:  Regulating Sex Businesses” for the North Texas City Planners Meeting.  The talk presented the legal aspects and relevant court cases underlying regulation of sexually oriented businesses, including protected speech cases and reviewed regulatory and administrative strategies.
